Is there a ferry available from Cozumel, Mexico to Tulum, Mexico if your not part of a cruise vacation?

I’m traveling to Tulum, Mexico in March, but I don’t want to drive down from Cancun is it possible to fly into Cozumel and take a ferry over and back from Cozumel to Tulum?
