Should I send my ex's judge in 2nd divorce info on failed payments for my children.?

My ex is in New Mexico. He is not caring for his child there and refusing to pay for his kids here in Massachusetts. He tells the judge all the problems are his current ex wife. But I see the precedent. It feels that if both judges could communicate then they both would see the real person that they are dealing with.
